Sound familiar?

You know they need more fibre. They know exactly how to say no.

  • The untouched salad

Pushed to the edge of the plate. Again. You can't force-feed a seven-year-old, and you shouldn't have to.

  • The lunchbox that comes back full

The apple slices made the round trip. The carrot sticks did too. Only the biscuits got eaten.

  • The 5 pm snack negotiation

They want something fun. You want something with a bit of good in it. And you've got ten minutes.

Now picture this: they grab a tube from the fridge, peel it, finish it, and ask for Mango tomorrow. That's the easy win we're making.

3 g of fibre in every tube.

The same amount of fibre as a medium banana, or about half a cup of cooked broccoli.*

  • a medium banana
  • about ½ cup cooked broccoli

A tube gives fibre. It doesn't replace the vitamins, water and variety of whole fruit and vegetables, so keep those coming too.

* Fibre comparison based on USDA values (medium banana about 3 g; cooked chopped broccoli about 5 g per cup). Approximate. The types of fibre differ.

Three fruit friends. Zero spoons.

Real fruit purée, a fun tube they open themselves and a character on every pack. Read the lines out loud and let them pick.
