Privacy note
In short
You give us your name and mobile number (and, if you like, your child's age and your email). We use them only to tell you about YOGUT's launch by call or WhatsApp. We don't sell them, share them with other companies or use them for advertising. You can opt out at any time.
What we collect
When you join the waitlist: your name, your mobile number, your consent and when you gave it. If you choose to add them: your child's age (just the age, never your child's name or anything else about them) and your email address. We also note which version of the page you saw and which link or ad brought you here (for example a campaign tag in the link), so we know which messages are useful to parents.
Why we collect it
To contact you about YOGUT's launch, and to understand, in total, which ages and which messages matter to families. Your child's age helps us check the product suits the children it's made for. That's all.
Who sees it
Only the small Yogut Foods team running the launch. The data is stored with our database provider (Neon) and the site is hosted by Vercel, who process it on our behalf and may not use it for anything else. Nobody else gets it.
Anonymous site analytics
We record a few anonymous events (a page was viewed, a waitlist button was clicked) with a random ID stored in your browser and any campaign tags in the link you followed. These never include your name, number or email, and we delete them after 180 days. We also use Vercel Web Analytics, which counts page views without cookies.
How long we keep it
Until you opt out or ask us to delete it, or until the waitlist is no longer needed after launch, whichever comes first.
How to opt out, see or delete your data
Reply STOP to any WhatsApp message from us, or tell us on a call, and we'll stop contacting you. To see, correct or delete what we hold, or to raise a concern, contact us at [PENDING: grievance contact for data requests]. We'll act on it within 30 days. We handle personal data in line with India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023.
